3BL Compliance and Safety Services was founded in 2011 by Dr. Shane Creel, a retired U.S. Navy Engineering Officer that served honorably, throughout the world, at the pleasure of the President of the United States for 22 years . In the recent past a lot has changed – technology, governments, world economies, the materials we use in our daily lives. But, one things remains unchanged – our dedication to doing the best work in the world. We keep an old fashioned attitude about work, and that's that it needs to be done when promised. More and more, that means collaborating with industry subject matter experts working in tandem to ensure everyone goes home at the end of the day.
